Charles Beach Skinner, 60, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2016 in Laurie after fighting a long and courageous battle with colon cancer. Beach was born May 6, 1956 in Kansas City, Missouri to Charles "Ralph" and Nellie (Jones) Skinner. He graduated from Camdenton High School in 1974.
