Leonard Darrell Neeley, 66, of Hartsburg passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at his home. He was born on August 4, 1950 in Camden County, Missouri, the son of Harold and Roberta (Shipman) Neeley, Sr. who preceded him in death. He was employed for many years with Conway Express Trucking Company as a long distance driver. During this time driving, he competed in many eighteen wheeler races on his off time.
