Norman Darrell Frazier, 86 years old, of Osage Beach, formerly of Milan, Missouri, passed away Sunday, July 16 at Lakeside Meadows in Osage Beach.Norman was born January 15, 1931 in Milan, to Nelson and Mary (Morley) Frazier.
