Retta was born September 21, 1948 in Marquand, MO and passed away peacefully in her home in Camdenton on February 9.She was united in marriage June 21, 1969 to Ronald E. Ruehl. Retta was preceded in death by her parents Walter J. and Virginia M Long and her sister Phyllis Petry.She is survived by her husband Ronald; her daughter Ronda Hicks; son-in-law Brian Hicks; and grandson Tanner Hicks.
