James R. Allen, age 68, of Four Seasons passed away Friday, February 12 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.James was born August 28, 1947 in Terre Haute, Indiana, the son of Ivan L. and Dorothy J. (Tabor) Allen.James was united in marriage July 29, 1966 in Caseyville, Illinois, to Joyce Wickiser. They shared 49 1/2 years together at the time of his death.James earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and Eastern Kentucky University. [...]
