Rosa Lee Phillips, 97, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Osage Beach Rehabilitation and Health Care in Osage Beach, Missouri.Rosa Lee was born January 22, 1921 in Phillipsburg, Missouri. She was the daughter of Martin "Toby" and Josephine "Josie" (Kissee) Biggs.On March 9, 1940 Rosa Lee married Norman Phillips, who preceded her in death May 25, 1997. [...]
