Douglas A. Bizer, age 61, of Osage Beach, Missouri passed away on June 15, 2018 after a battle with cancer. Doug was born on October 17, 1956 in Tuscola, Illinois to Rev. Arnold and Luetta Bizer and grew up in Alhambra, Illinois. He graduated from Highland High School in 1974. Then he attended Elmhurst College and graduated from Parks College in 1978.
