Westbrook, age 83, of Camdenton, Missouri passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at Lakeside Meadows, Osage Beach, Missouri.Phyllis was born on April 8, 1935 in East St. Louis, Illinois. She was the daughter of Harold and Ardell (Wedel) Byron.On December 11, 1982 in St. Louis, Missouri, Phyllis was united in marriage to David Westbrook.
