Darryl Dean Ridgely was born on May 10, 1939 in Clark County, Missouri at his grandparents’ home to Harry Vernon Ridgely (Shorty) and Edna Mae Bash Ridgely. He attended Derrahs Grade School, Williamstown Grade School and Williamstown High School.
