Minnie Fern Burns, daughter of Reverend William Patrick and Lucinda Rogers Webster, was born, November 13, 1935 in Camden County, Missouri. She departed this life, October 29, 2018, in her home, at the age of eighty-two years.On May 15, 1954 in Goshen, Indiana, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, J.D Burns and to this union six children were born.
