McTaggart, 75, of Sunrise Beach, MO, formerly of Belleville and Troy, IL born Tuesday, June 8, 1943, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis, Missouri.Larry was a truck driver and worked for the Highway Department at IDOT.
