Donald Edwin Branham, Jr. was born on January 4, 1930 to Donald E. Branham, Sr. and Mary E. Branham in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He died January 18, 2019 at Osage Beach Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. He attended primary and secondary school at Neosho, Missouri.
